THE FINE PRINT
Mail orders are preferred for the purchase of season tickets; however, walk-in sales are permitted. • All tickets, season or individual, will be mailed to you after processing. • All tickets are filled on a best-available basis according to the date the order is received. • Season ticket subscribers ordering additional individual tickets are not guaranteed that season tickets and individual tickets will be together in regular season ticket locations. • Orders received less than 10 days prior to the performance will be held at the box office. • Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment. • A $4 transaction fee is applied to all orders which helps defray the Croswell’s box office expenses. • Orders received without payment or transaction fee cannot be processed. • Sorry, no refunds or cancellations. • Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show. Seating will be on a best-available basis. Tickets you are unable to use may be donated to the Croswell for resale. A receipt for income tax deduction will be issued. • Students are enrolled full-time in school. •  Children are 12 years of age and younger. • Summer musicals are not suitable for children under 5 years of age. • Seniors are age 60 and older. • All productions are pending availability and are subject to change without notice. • There is a $20 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
